I was saddened to hear of Georges passing. I have very fond memories of George when his family moved to Windsor and I became friends with his family, particularly Ed. I recall the day Ed borrowed Georges car; it was a boat of a convertible with push button gear shift. As we cruised around town somehow the push button gear shift got stuck. I will never forget the look of terror on Eds face as he panicked about the repercussions waiting him once his older brother found out. Much to our amazement, George took it all rather calmly. But hey that was George, sometimes as the older brother forever setting the example that sometimes things just happen. George was an amazing role model in my teen years when role models were in high demand. Thank you George for being there, you will always be remembered.
