Obituary of Evelyn M. Bell

Evelyn M. Bell,, 85, formerly of Upland Rd. Moncton, passed away at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. Born in Saint John, NB May 27, 1920 she was the daughter of the late Robert and Marion (Nichols) Green. Evelyn worked in Women's Clothing with Curll's and Fine's of Moncton. Evie was full of life and laughter, her love of children and positive attitude towards life will always be remembered. A loving and caring mother, grammie, sister and friend to all who knew her, she will be sadly missed by her daughter Sandra MacKay (Ralph) of Whitby, On; son Bobby Bell (Dixie) of Caledonia,On; five grandchildren Rebecca (Jeremy), Ainslee Hodgson (David), McKenzie, Christopher and Gregory Bell; two great grandchildren, one sister Janet MacAleese (Rod) of Moncton; one brother Bob Green (Marie) of Riverview and by serveral nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Robert O. 'Bob' Bell in 1997 and by a brother Murdoch Green At Evelyn's request there will be no viewing at the funeral home. A Memorial Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, Lutz St. Moncton on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving relatives and friends in the Tuttle Reception area immediately following the service.
