Obituary of Eleanor E. Doucette

Eleanor E. Doucette, of Riverview, NB passed away at her residence on Sunday, March 04, 2007 at the age of 70 years. Born in Hunter River, PE on July 16, 1936 she was the daughter of the late James and Jeanette (Paul) Brown. She was a member of St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church in Salisbury, NB. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt she will be sadly missed by her husband Reg Doucette; daughters Heather (Jim) Wolsey of Kingston, ON; Maureen (Mike) Flanagan of Riverview; sons Earl (Judy) of Salisbury, Bruce (Cammie) of Riverview, Kevin (Micheline) of Moncton, James (Sharon) of Brampton, ON and Bradley (Wendy) of Fredericton; brothers Gordon (Daphne) of Hunter River, PEI and Lowell (Judy) of Ontario, 14 grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and also by several nieces and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her first husband Cornelius Doucette in 1959. Resting at The Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd, Riverview on Wednesday, March 7th, 2007 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. The funeral mass will be held from St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church, Salisbury on Thursday, March 8th, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Alderwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to G. L. Dumont Hospital Oncology Unit or to NB Heart and Stroke Foundation.
