Obituary of Etta Mae McLean

McLean, Etta Mae, passed away at Lakeview Manor following a lengthy illness on Thursday, May 5, 2011 with her immediate family by her side. Born in Bass River, NB; on December 27, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Scott and Florence Dunlay. Etta will be sadly missed by her sons Brian (Debbie) and Bruce; her daughter Bev (Rollie); four step children Sydney, Keith, Doris and Carolyn; her brother William Dunlay (Lena); sisters Arlene and Lucy; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren and her special great granddaughter Doodles; as well as several step grandchildren. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Walter McLean; sister Pearl Campbell and by a step son Wayne. Honouring Etta's wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A private family graveside service will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations in Etta's memory made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
