Obituary of Eileen Sutherland Scott

Eileen Sutherland Scott, of Riverview passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at the age of 77 years. Born in Dunfermline Fife, UK, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Helen (Douds) Mowat. Eileen was retired from Family Adiction Therapy. She had the first group home for teenage girls in Toronto between the years of 1962-1967. Sadly missed by her husband David William Scott; daughter Barbara Anne Scott of Truro, NS; two grandchildren Alexander Lyons Bond of St. John's NL; Kate Marie Bond of Riverview; great grand daughter Morgan Bond of Riverivew; son in law Steven Bond of Fredericton; brother in law David and Una Anderson of Scotland; nephew Martin and niece Judith Anderson of the UK; Eileen was a long time friend to Bill and Lois Wilson of NY. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters Elizabeth Rogers and Margaret Mowat, also by her one brother James Mowat. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday August 27, 2011 between the hours of 2:00pm - 4:00pm at the Riverview Funeral Home.
