Obituary of Ethel Hopper

Ethel Frances (Banks) Hopper, 93, formerly of Moncton; passed away at the Westford Nursing Home, Port Elgin, on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Born in Malden, NB, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Kathleen (Humphrey) Banks. Ethel was a member of St. George's Anglican Church. She resided in Boston, Massachusetts for 38 years, and worked as a fur finisher. Besides her parents, Ethel is predeceased by her husband, Grover Hopper (2004); sisters Dorothy Benjamin, Stella Burns, Kathleen Phinney, and Thelma Robertson; brothers Manzer and Emery; and brother in law Lawson Benjamin. Honouring Ethel's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A private family Graveside Service will be held at the Bayfield Cemetery at a later date, with Rev.
