Obituary of Madeleine Cauchon

The family announces with great sorrow her peaceful passing with her family by her side at the Dr. Georges-L-Dumont University Hospital in Moncton NB on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the age of 76 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 45 years Willie Cauchon. Dearest mother of Diane Hawley (Stirling) of London, Ont., Ron Finnigan of Hamilton, Ont., Leo Finnigan (deceased) and Brenda Stenhouse (Derrick) of Riverview, NB. Cherished grandmother of Ian Hawley (Heather), Scott Hawley (Colleen), Trevor Finnigan, Davis Stenhouse and Kathleen Stenhouse and prroud great-grandmother to Ivor and Bryn Hawley. She will also be sadly missed by her brothers Donald Sonier (Claudette), Bob Sonier, Eugene Taillefer (Marge), Gerald Taillefer and sisters Diane McConnery and Gisele Hache (Edmond). Predeceased by her mother Emalda Degrace; father Edgar Taillefer; brother Edward Sonier and sisters Yvonne Prince, Laura Chartier, Rita Bilodeau and Therese Taillefer. Her greatest joy was spending time with Willie being outdoors camping, hunting and fishing. She loved to spend time with her family and friends around a lovingly prepared meal. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at The Dr. Georges-L-Dumont University Hopsital in Moncton NB along with Dr's Annie Gagnon and Pierre Whitlock for their speical care and compassion. There will be no services in Moncton NB at his time. Family and friends will be notified of nature of funeral arrangements.
