Obituary of Reginald Stephen Dawson

Reg Dawson, of Riverview, NB; passed away suddenly, on Monday, May 4, 2015 at the age of 59 years old. Born in Moncton, NB he was the son of Kristine (Huestis) Dawson of Riverview and the late James "Jim" Dawson. Reg was a long time employee at Controls and Equipment and was an Electrician /Area Lead. He enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, boating, barbecuing, spending time back country at the camps, and most of all having friends and cold beers in the garage watching Detroit Red Wings and music videos. He will also be remembered by his buddies who sat at the "Liars Table" at the Fox and Hound and above all, he cherished the time spent with his family. Besides his mother Kristine, he is survived by his wife Cathy Hill of Riverview; daughters Chelsea (Adam) Duval of Devon AB, and Paige Dawson of Toronto, ON; sons Dennis Lane (Brittney Raworth) and Robbie Lane (Jessica Belliveau) both of Riverview; sisters Sharon (Jim) Paynter and Kim Carson both of Riverview; brother David (Christine) Dawson of Riverview; In-laws Ron and Darilyn Hill of Riverview; nieces and nephews and many friends. Besides his father Jim he was predeceased by an infant brother Ronald. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm & 6:00pm - 8:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Private Interment will be at Alderwood Cemetery. Donations in Reg's memory made to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
