Obituary of Ivan Wilfred Wilson
Ivan Wilfred Wilson, 76, of Moncton, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, September 25, 2015. He was born in Moncton, NB; and was the son of the late Wilfred J. and Eva Marie Wilson. Ivan was a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces and he also worked various jobs in NB and Ontario. His passion was music and he love to play his guitar for different bands including the Megatones. He was a member of AA. A generous and caring brother, uncle and friend. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Everett (Betty) and Cecil (the late Eva) all of Moncton, his sister Jean King (the late Clarence) of the New Scotland Rd.; as well as an much adored uncle to his nephews and nieces. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his sisters Ivy McFarlane, Fay Melanson and Della Daigle. His family will be receiving friends and relatives at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Monday, September 28th, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00pm. Private family interment will take place in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB The family would appreciated that donation in Ivan's memory be made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foindation.
