Obituary of Gladys Viola Templeton

It is with great sorrow that I announce the passing of my precious mother Gladys Viola Templeton at The Moncton Hospital, on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the age of 88 years. Born in Emmerson, NB she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Hesba (Young) Beers. Gladys enjoyed many years working in clerical services and retired from CFB Moncton. Glady's loved music, dancing, bowling and above all she loved the time spent with her family. She is survived by her loving daughter Danena (Brian) Mills of Ammon, NB; sister Marilyn MacDonald of Riverview; brother Gordon Beers of Moncton; grandson Markus (Kate) Mills of Moncton; two great grandchildren Parker and Hannah. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Samuel Templeton; brothers Harry, Eldred, Carmen, Donald; sister Dorothy. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home on Wednesday December 9, 2015 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Memorial Chapel on Thursday December 10, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Cecil Symes officiating. Interment will be in Beersville Presbyterian Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Gladys's memory made to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation or to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
