Obituary of Winnifred Marie Jones

Winnifred Jones, 79, of Moncton, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Saturday, December 19, 2015 with her family at her side. Born in Amherst, NS, she was the daughter of the late Art and Susan McFarlane. Winnifred was an amazing cook, she loved to bake for her family and many of her friends, she also enjoyed reading and she was a die hard Toronto Blue Jays Fan. However her greatest love was that of her family. She will be sadly missed by her children Charles (Tara), Chuck, Larry, Diane, Susan, Shirley and Joanne; one brother Roger McFarlane; as well several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Charles A. Jones in 1996; by a sister Juanita and a brother Ron. Resting at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview, NB with visitation on Monday, December 21, 2015 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jeff Hanscom officiating. Interment will be in Middlesex Cemetery in the spring. Donations in Winnifred's memory made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by her family.
