Obituary of Edward Joseph Petitpas Jr.

Edward Petitpas Jr., 69, of Moncton, NB; passed away at on Thursday, December 24, 2015 surrounded by his family. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the Edward Sr. and Marguerite (LeBlanc) Petitpas. Before retirement Eddie was a Backhoe Operator. His hobbies include his love of fishing, playing guitar, singing and shooting pool with his friends. He is survived by his four children Sheila (Jeff) Menard, Joey and Robbie Petitpas and Sandra (the late Andre) Rocheleau; his brother John (Elizabeth); grandchildren Sheana, James, Samantha, Tyler, Daniel, Alisha and Katie; by four great-grandchildren; a close family friend Rita Culligan; as well as many cousins, two aunts, one uncle, two nieces and one nephew. Besides his parents he was predeceased by three infant sisters. The Family will be receiving relatives and friends at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. The Funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 2:30 pm with Pastor Paul Leger officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB in the spring. Donations in Edward's memory made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation Oncology Dept. or to the Palliative Care would be appreciated.
