Joe's family would like to express their gratitude for Joe's excellent care throughout his year-long battle with pancreatic cancer. Special thanks to our family physician, Dr. Vincent Melanson, a truly remarkable doctor, his oncologist, Dr. Pierre Whitlock, and the Extramural staff who did everything to make our lives easier and more comfortable. We'd also like to thank the Integrity employees and the paramedics who were always kind and caring. We also appreciated all the kindness, visits, and prayers from family members and friends. We will always be grateful. Joe was a long time member of the Moncton Air Force Vets as well as the Legion. He loved his years of playing golf and the many friends he made while playing the game. He enjoyed hours of watching golf on T.V. and never waivered in his support of the best team in the world, the Toronto Blue Jays. Our beloved Joe savoured life. He loved people and they loved him right back. He wanted everyone to be happy. To that end, Joe wished for there to be no funeral or services.
