Obituary of Harold "Ross" Lewis

Harold "Ross" Lewis, 79, of Moncton, NB; passed away with his family at his side at The Moncton Hospital, on Sunday, November 12, 2017. Born in Berry Mills, he was the son of the late Blair and Dorothy (Reade) Lewis. He was a retired mechanic with the Dept. of Transport Province of NB and previously worked for Taylor Ford Moncton. He was an avid sportsman and a huge fan of Gordie Howe and the Detroit Red Wings, he also enjoyed bowling, darts, gardening and he was a lover of old time country music. When he wasn't tinkering or fixing family vehicles’, he loved travelling with his wife Sharon across Canada, through the States and to other sunny destinations. A loving husband, father, grampy, brother and friend he will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 58 years Sharon Lewis, three daughters Wanda Hopper (Gary) of Berry Mills, Shelly Hefling (Richard) of Fredericton and Crystal Gauvin (Serge) of Berry Mills; three sons David Lewis of Miramichi, Randy Lewis (Jennifer) of Moncton and Jim Lewis (Monique) of Moncton; grandchildren Jason (Emily), Chris (Alyssa), Jenna (Sébastien), Jesse (Kayley), Natasha, Kayla (Jesse), Chelsey (Nick), Courtney (Danny), Meagan (Jaret), Corey, Melissa (Cody), Amanda (Kyle), Tyler (Courtney), Gabe , Reade and Blake; great-grandchildren; Shelby, Sullivan, Cameron, Brooklyn, Aaliyah, Charlee, Jaxen, Grayson, Jade, Kristen, Zach, Brooklyn, Lane, Nolan, Izzy and Sarah; three brothers Fred Lewis ( the late Elizabeth) of Petitcodiac, Darrell Lewis of Riverview and Kenneth (Margaret) Lewis of Prince George, BC; as well as nieces, nephews, and by many sister in laws and brother in laws. Resting at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview with visitation on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. The Funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers & Riverview Funeral Home Chapel, Riverview on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Rodney Blyth officiating.
