Obituary of E. Doreen Fraser

Doreen Fraser, 89, of Moncton, NB; passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, January 8, 2018 at The Moncton Hospital. She was the only child of the late Harrison S. and Janet Johnston Murray. Doreen was a longtime member of St. John's United Church and the Church Choir. Her love of music was expressed through her volunteering and coordinating at the HTHS Musicals in the 1970's. A life well lived. Music was her life, Family was her Pride and Joy. She leaves behind her daughters Karen Stephen (Ian Stead) of Saint John and Deborah Fraser (Jim MacLean) of Halifax, NS; as well as her adoring five grandchildren, Andrew (Jaimie) of Montreal, Natasha (Neville) of Saint John, Adam (Jane) of Dartmouth, Jacquelyn (Jean-Francois) of Moncton and Lauren of Fredericton, eight great-grandchildren, Monty, Flynn, Ivy, Henry, Theodore, Cooper, Malcolm, and Charles and her many friends. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband C. Earle Fraser in 2003. Honouring Doreen's wishes there will be no visitation or service.
