Obituary of John D. Dornan

John Dennis Dornan, 92 years, passed away at The Villa De Providence, Shediac on Sunday, January 14, 2018. Eldest son of Michael Angelo and Gertrude Dornan, born in Edmonton, Alberta, October 27, 1925, Jack obtained a B.Sc. degree with a major in Physics from the University of Montreal, while serving with the R.C.A.F. his studies were completed at Loyola College, Montreal, Quebec, with a Bachelor of Education. John retired from the R.C.A.F. and then taught Physics at Bathurst High School, Bathurst, NB. Later he taught adult education in Moncton, NB. Survived by his brother Ed Dornan of St. Catherines, PE; also by several neices and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers Gordon Leo, Patrick S., Howard L. and Walter J. A funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers and Riverview Funeral Home Chapel, 214 Pine Glen Rd. on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 2:00pm with Fr. J.B. Mallais officiating.
