Obituary of Doris Reta Gaudet

Gaudet, Doris Reta, 1925 - 2011; formerly of 341 Lutz St. Moncton, she passed away at Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home, on Sunday, February 6, 2011, at the age of 85 years. Born in Malden, Mass. USA. on March 17th, 1925; she was the only child of the late Edward and Rita (O'Kane) Quain. Doris was a member of St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church and she was a longtime member of St. Bernard's CWL. She retired from the St. Patrick's Family Center after 20 plus years working as the executive secretary. Doris will be forever missed by her loving children Jocelyn McLaughlin (Patrick) of Saint John, David Gaudet of Moncton and Peter Gaudet of Montreal. Besides her parents, Doris was predeceased by husband Paul E. Gaudet in 2000 and her daughter Patricia Gaudet in 1977. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church, Botsford St. Moncton, on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 10:30 am with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Donations in memory of Doris made to the Alzheimer's Society of South East NB or to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
