Obituary of Douglas S. Clogg

Douglas S. Clogg 92, of Moncton, NB. passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Born in Saint John, NB; he was the son of the late Arthur W. and Dorothy (Sholbred) Clogg. Douglas was the former President of Cloggs Jewellry in Moncton. He was a member of St. John's United Church. Douglas served in the Military from 1940 to 1946. He will be missed by daughter Louise Wilson (John), of Lakeville; two grandchildren, Thomas and Rebecca; also by two nieces and one nephew. He is the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Barbara L. Clogg in 2010; by a brother Gordon and a infant sister. At the request of Douglas, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A Graveside and Committal Service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton at a later date with Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Donations in memory of Douglas made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros.
