Obituary of Richard Leroy Harris

Richard 'Dick' Harris, 69, of Moncton, passed away at Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Friday, June 16, 2006. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late James and Bessie (Dunphy) Harris. Richard was employed at Marine Atlantic. He loved Fundy National Park and was an avid golfer. He is survived by his wife Margaret Harris, daughter Susan Harris of Japan, son Tim Harris (Kim) of Moncton, grand daughter Cortney Harris, of Petewawa, ON, sisters Bonnie McGrath, and Gail Foster of Moncton and Shirley Thompson of Topeka, Ka, brothers Gary (Annette) Harris of Riverview and Ronald Harris of Moncton. Besides his parents he was predeceased by one brother Sonny and a niece Nicole. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home Lutz St. Moncton on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 2:00 p m with Cannon Albert Snelgrove officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton.
