Obituary of Wallace Murray Kelly Sr.
Wallace Murray Kelly Sr. of Salisbury, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, October 09, 2006 at the age of 88 years. Born in Lutes Mountain, NB on Janauary 31, 1918, he was the son of the late Elkanah and Lydia Jane
(Lutes) Kelly.
Retired from the diesel shop at the CNR after 33 years of service. He attended Salisbury Baptist Chuch and was a life member of the NB Princess Louise 8th Hussars Mike Reid Chapter Moncton.He was also a member of the Salisbury Legion Branch # 31,and a member of the CN Pensioners Assocation.
He is survived by daughter Joan Crandall (Richard) of Riverview; three sons Wallace M. Jr (Margaret) Kelly; Donald W. (Carolyn) Kelly all of Indian Mountain; Brian D. (Treva) of Salisbury NB.10 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchlidren, and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his wife Helen (Horsman) Kelly in 2000 ; Three sisters Tamer Hawkes, Elizabeth MacDonald, Melissa Newcomb. Two brothers Byron and Manning Kelly.
Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home Wednesday October 11, 2006, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, with a Legion Service at 6:45 pm.
The Funeral Service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home on Thursday, October 12, 2006 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Mark Smith officiating.
Interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens Donations may be made to The Gideons or the Donors Choice Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home, (506) 857-8564.
