Obituary of A. Robert Murray

Robert Murray, age 70 years of Ste. Marie de Kent, passed away at the Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital after a valiant fight with Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy on Monday, August 30th, 2010. Born in McNairn (Mill Creek), NB on June 11th, 1940; he was the eldest son of the late Ronald and Ruth (Amos) Murray. Rob was an avid woodsman and enjoyed his Scottish heritage. Rob worked most of his life for DND at No.5. Survived by his sisters Joyce MacDonald (William) of McNairn, NB, Cynthia Murray of Rusagonis, NB, Sheila Moss (Mike) of Sutton, MA, Sandra Murray of Indian Mountain, NB; brothers Reginald (Linda) Murray of Sydney, NS, Vernon Murray of McNairn, NB, Frederick Murray of Winfield, BC, George Murray of McNairn, NB, Bruce Murray of Grand Prairie, AB; also by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Charles Murray; sisters in law Emma Murray and Joan Murray. Visitation will be held from Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 from 7-9pm. A memorial service will be held from Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, September 2nd, 2010 at 11:00am. Interment to take place in St. David's Cemetery, McNairn, NB.
