Obituary of Frederick Stratton

Frederick Stratton, 61, of Moncton and Hillsborough, passed away at Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Born in Greenspond, NL, he was the son of the late Raymond and Minnie (Osmond) Stratton. Fred was employed by Keltic Transportation Co. Left with fond memories are his daughter, Becky and husband Kevin Cox, two grandchildren Madison and Zachary all of Wellington, ON; his sister Jean and husband Don Burry of Glovertown, NL, his niece Debbie and Husband John Blackwood and their children April and Curtis of St. John's NL; his nephew Craig Burry of St. John's NL; as well as his extended family and many friends at Keltic Transportation. There is no viewing at the Funeral Home as cremation as taken place. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel Lutz St. Moncton, on Saturday, February 24, 2007 at 1:30 pm with Kal Ball officiating. Interment will be in Greenspond, NL at a later date. Donations in Fred's memory made to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by his family.
