Obituary of Kenneth Wallace Godsoe

Kenneth W. Godsoe or Riverview, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at the age of 74 years. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Percy and Gertrude (Corkum) Godsoe. Ken was a retired employee of Northern Telecom Communications in London, ON. He was a former Lions Club member in London, ON. He is survived by his wife Linda MacCallum of Riverview; four daughters Darlene Irwin (Brad), Janice Snell (Bill), Barbara Godsoe, Gloria Rilett (Frank); one son Todd Godsoe, also by his former wife Jean Godsoe all residing in Ontario; step children Greg MacCallum of Halifax, Dale MacCallum (Faith) of Riverview and Cory MacCallum (Tracy) of Fall River, NS; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild that he adored and loved to spend time with; sister Gloria MacDonald (Angus) of Grande Barachois; sister in law Arlene Godsoe of Moncton; three brothers Reginald (Muriel) of Moncton, Percy (Marcia) of Saint John, Robert (Caroline) of USA as well as several nieces and nephews. He will also be sadly missed by the Pogue family of Ontario. Besides his parents he was predeceased by two brothers Carl and Palmer Godsoe. Resting at Riverview Funeral Home, 214 Pine Glen Rd, Sunday June 8, 2008 from 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Riverview Funeral Home on Monday, June 9, 2008 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Griffin- Allwood officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
