Obituary of Frances Lillian Smith

Frances Lillian Smith, age 84 years of Moncton, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, August 21, 2010. Born in Bay du Vin, NB on August 12th, 1926; she was the daughter of the late Noble and Florence May (Murdock) Williston. She worked for many years at the T. Eaton Company as a book keeper and later as a hairdresser. Frances was a member of St. John's Anglican Church in Bay du Vin. She is survived by her daughters Judy Santa Maria (Danlio) of Lima, Peru and Nancy Smith-Lecvyer (Jacques) of Moncton, NB; sons Erskine (Pat), Benjamine (Karen) and Gary Smith all of Victoria, PEI; sister Mary Jenkins of Eel River, NB; brother Clayton (Betty) Williston of Chatham, NB; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; also by longtime companion Sheldon Leard. Predeceased by her husband Erskine Smith Sr; brother Lealland Williston and brother in law Bert Jenkins. Resting at Tuttle Bros. Funeral Home on Monday, August 23rd, 2010 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. A graveside service will take place in the Bay du Vin Cemetery.
