Obituary of Frederick "Fred" Tozer PQS
Frederick "Fred" Tozer; age 69, of Moncton, NB; passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Born in Derby, NB on April 15, 1941 he was the son of the late Vincent and Rosella (Curtis) Tozer. Fred was the first qualified Professional Quantity Surveyor in New Brunswick; he was a former member of Ducks Unlimited Canada, a former member of the Kinsmen Club in Saint John, NB and Whitby, ON; a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #10 in Miramichi with 48 years service and he is a retired member of the NBSCETT. Fred will be sadly missed by his wife of 46 years' Pat Mullin; sons Jonathan (Pascale) Tozer of Riverview and Charles Tozer of Victoria, BC; adoring grand daughter Emily Emmanuelle Tozer; three brothers Herb (Jenny), Gerald (Rhonda), and Wayne (Anne). Besides his parents he was predeceased by his baby sister Mary Elizabeth. Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. Moncton with visitation on Friday, April 15, 2011 from 7:00 to 9:00pm.
The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 6 Moncton will be holding a Legion Service, Friday, April 15, 2011 at 6:45pm. at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 1:00 pm with Father Dan Melanson officiating
In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred's memory made to The Greater Moncton Association of Community Living (P.O.Box Moncton, NB E1C 9X2), to Ducks Unlimited or to the charity of the donor's would be appreciated by his family.
