Zachary Strang

Obituary of Zachary Strang

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved brother, son, nephew, cousin, and friend, Zachary Strang.

Zachary was a kind and gentle soul who touched the lives of many. He had a love for music and could often be found singing wherever he went. His unforgettable laugh could fill a room and instantly bring smiles to those around him. He had a wonderful sense of humor, a fun-loving spirit, and an ability to make people feel welcome and appreciated.

Throughout his life, he formed many friendships and was loved by people from all walks of life. His caring heart and genuine nature left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Zachary was predeceased by his beloved grandmother Lynn Somers (Moncton), mother (Kimberly Strang Silliker) and father (Joseph Robert Silliker (Shemogue), all of whom he missed dearly and whom we take comfort in knowing he is reunited with once again.

He leaves behind his loving sister, Sarah Strang (Matt) of Trois Ruisseaux; his cherished nieces, Keysha Leger (Kayden) and Kallie Bourque; his Auntie Donna of Moncton; Aunty Debbie of Moncton; Uncle Billy of Moncton; and many cousins, family members, and friends who will forever treasure his memory.

In the time leading up to his passing, he greatly valued the friendship, care, and companionship of three very special people in his life, Tanya Brun, Sebastian Cormier & Billy-Jean Duguay of Barachois, who brought him comfort, support, and friendship.

Though his time with us was far too short, the memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave will remain in our hearts forever.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

"Your song may have ended, but the melody of your life will forever play in our hearts."

Private services will be held for the family.
