Clara and I were co-workers for many years at Transport, then Nav Canada. On more than one occasion, we worked magic together, making things happen and getting the job done. She was my go-to lady, and a marvel with pistachio squares. I always appreciated her frankness and friendship. My deep sympathies to Bill, her family and friends who are grieving.
