Obituary of Ian Gerard MacLeod

Ian Gerard MacLeod of Moncton, NB, passed away at his residence on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the age of 67 years.

Born in Sydney Mines, Cape Breton, NS, he was the son of the late Robert "Bob" and Helen (LaRade) MacLeod. 

Ian is survived by his brother, Thayne MacLeod (Susan) of Hartland, NB; nephews, Scott and Sean (Anne) MacLeod of Hartland; grand nephews, Gabriel and Wells; grand niece, Ellie Sue.

A graveside will be held at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Sydney, Mines, NS in the spring. 

Arrangements have been entrusted into the professional care of Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre and Fergusons Crematorium, 214 Pine Glen Rd. (506-857-9544), Riverview, NB.
