Tyler James Nelson

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the sudden passing of Tyler James Nelson as result of an automotive/motorcycle accident on Route 11 on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at the age of 36 years.

Tyler loved his family and friends; he loved the great outdoors and his work at Frenette’s Landscaping in Dieppe. He was an avid member of the local music scene, he enjoyed being a part of two local bands, playing the drums for “The Daily Grind” or the bass guitar for “The Full Reco”. Tyler’s smile could light up a room, he will be remembered for having a huge kind heart and his true love of life. He could enter a room of complete strangers and leave with a whole new group of friends. Tyler enjoyed his time as a driving instructor at the Dieppe Driving School.

Tyler leaves behind his mother Jennifer and step-father, Mark Herring of Riverview; his longtime partner, Becky LeBlanc and her family; his daughter, Britney Nelson, who was the light of his life. Step-Sister, Emily Doucet (Luc) and Step-Brother, Ryan Herring. Tyler was loved by so many and will be missed every day by his best friends, Mike and Matt.  Tyler will be missed by his extended family in Ontario and BC.

Tyler was deeply loved by his grand-parents, Ronald (2006) and Shirley Stymest (2004), who he spent a great amount of time with at their home in Rexton.

The outpouring of love from Tylers friends, band members, and co-workers has given immense comfort to his family.

A celebration of life will be held at Fergusons Riverview Community Chapel, 214 Pine Glen Rd. Riverview, on Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 at 1:00 pm, followed by a reception.
